That's a great question! Our premium natural rubber & vegan suede collection is 173*61 cm, 4 mm thick, and weighs approx 2,5 kg. 'The Mat' collection is 185*68 and comes in two different thicknesses: - 2 mm mat weighs approx 2 kg. - 4 mm mat weighs approx 3 kg.

Well, both collections (PU and vegan suede) are made from the same non-toxic natural rubber bottom, while the top layers of the mats are different. The top layer of the vegan suede collection is made from a velvet microfiber surface that gets grippy under sweat and moisture - ideal for hot class and Bikram yoga. The top layer of the PU collection is made from 100% polyurethane leather and is perfect for all yoga types, super grippy with great support and cushioning. FYI, natural rubber grips better and gives more support than any synthetic rubber on the market. Plus it's made from rubber trees, a sustainable and renewable resource, that is biodegradable and recyclable.

Our suede mats can be easily cleaned! simply pop in the washing machine on a quick wash at low temp (30/40) and low cycle, with a small amount of detergent. Hang to dry overnight. For the PU mats, the cleaning method is different: Mix a tiny drop of non-oil base soap, diluted heavily with lots of water (avoid hot water). Wipe the mat with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not use any oil-based soap, essential oils, or chemical mat cleaner, as this will may lead to damage to the mat.
